How to keep my Offset account active?
An active account means that you have a valid credit or debit card on file. Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to Offset services and rewards.
How will I receive my NFT?
1. Create an account at Element United, including setting up your wallet.
2. Watch your inbox for an additional email from Offset containing your promo code and any next steps. (Make sure to check your spam folders.)

How do I apply my boost to my node?
Your Offset NFT will be delivered to your Element wallet. The first iteration of NFTs will be activated immediately upon arrival. Future iterations will give you the ability to manually choose when to begin your boost activation. More details will be sent out to the email address on file with your purchase.
Please note that once NFTs are active, the rewards cannot be paused and NFTs cannot be transferred to another wallet or account.
Can I purchase more than 1 Dual Offset Discount NFT?
You can purchase multiple Offset NFTs to apply to your account. The NFT will expire 12 months after it is applied to your wallet.
How Offset NFTs and tokens work:
When you subscribe to Offset, you'll get an "Element Offset Journey" (EOJ) NFT inside your digital wallet. This token is represented as an image and accrues 0.80 MtC monthly per individual subscribed to help reach emissions reduction goals. Every time you accumulate 1 ton of reduced CO2 emissions, your EOJ token updates with this information and your account will show that Offset has now issued you an additional NFT, the "Element Carbon Offset" (ECO) token, representing the supported project responsible for the 1 ton of reduced CO2.
The EOJ NFT serves as a personal tool to reducing your carbon footprint, tracking your progress as you continue to subscribe and offset more carbon over time.
In addition to the NFTs, each subscriber is rewarded with ELMT monthly. Please reference the table for more details.
