The Swap feature, found in your Element Wallet 2.0, now makes selling your crypto tokens and purchasing ELMT ERC-20 tokens from public liquidity pools easy. For these transactions users will need ETH in their wallet for gas fees. Please note that swaps are not always 1:1.
Log into your Element account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Wallet.
Select your starting currency - this feature is currently available for ETH, USDT, and USDC.
Click Swap.
Enter the amount you would like to sell.
Note: Clicking the 2 arrows beneath the amount allows you to toggle between ETH or USD value for the entry.
In the Buy section, click the dropdown arrow and select ELMT.
Enter your Wallet Passcode.
Review your transaction details.
Click Confirm.
Your swap has been initiated.
Note: It can take up to 15 minutes to see your Swap completed.
Click Close.
Once your Swap is complete you will see the details in the Transaction History table on the right side of your screen. Click on the transaction to view more details on Etherscan.
