1. Once logged into the Element Web App, select the profile icon on the top-right of the screen.
2. Select "Manage Account".
3. Select "Reset Password".
4. Type in your new password in the first box.
5. Type in your new password again in the second box to confirm.
6. Click "Reset".
* If you are unable to sign into your account, you can request a new password.
- Click on “Forgot Password” at the sign in page: app.elementunited.com
- You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated to your account.
- Check your email for a link to reset your password.
