In order to view your Element United license through your Connect account, you will need to link the account information to each other. You can do so by following the steps below.
STEP 1: Navigate to app.connectunited.com and log into your Connect account.
STEP 2: In the top left-hand corner select the user icon to open the menu options.
STEP 3: Click on the drop-down menu item titled Account and then select Link Accounts.
STEP 4: Click on the blue Link Account button listed under the Element brand to log in with your Element username and password.
Note: If you don't have an Element account, you can create one by clicking on the Sign Up button first. Once your account is created at Element United, navigate back to your web app at Connect and then click on the blue Link Account button and login with your new account credentials.
Now that your accounts are linked, you will be able to see your assigned licenses in your Connect and Element account dashboards.
