Put Your ELMT To Work

A community member token swap event. Runs April 23, 2026 through April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT, while native token supply lasts.

Read this first:

What’s the "Put Your Tokens to Work" event? “Put Your Tokens to Work” is a peer-to-peer token swap coordinated by community members and their personal capacity as a community member. It is not a transaction with Element United, the company. Community members are processing swaps manually using their own native token holdings. Element United is not a counterparty to your swap.

How can I participate? Participating means buying Element (ELMT) ERC-20 tokens on the open market, sending them to a community member, and receiving Native ELMT from them in return, which you can then use to purchase a Smart Node through Connect.

Before you participate, understand the following:

• Token prices fluctuate. The ERC-20 price on Uniswap will move during the event, and may move against you between the time you buy and the time community members process your swap.
• Swaps are processed manually and may take 24 to 48 hours. During that window, native token supply may be exhausted. See the supply exhaustion section below for what happens if that occurs.
• All on-chain transactions are final. If you send tokens to the wrong address, they cannot be recovered.
• Nothing in this document is a promise, projection, or guarantee of future value, yield, or return. This is not investment advice. Past token price movement does not predict future price movement.

How long will the "Put Your Tokens to Work" last? From April 16, 2026 through April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT, you can put your tokens to work while supplies last. However, Element United does reserve the right to close the promo early if the native reward token supply runs out and we fully expect that it will.

Is this being done by Element United, the company? No. A few community members are participating personally. This is a peer-to-peer token swap, not a company transaction.

How the swap works

Step 1. Buy Element (ELMT) ERC-20 tokens on the open market at Uniswap. Use only the wallet address you control. Neither Scott Lomu, community members, nor Element United can recover tokens sent to a wrong address.

Step 2. Complete the swap form HERE. You will need:

• Your name and email address
• The transaction hash from your Uniswap purchase
• Your Element wallet address, where rewards will be delivered

After submitting the form, send your ERC-20 tokens to the receive address listed on the form. Do not use any address shared verbally, in chat, or in any channel other than the form itself.

Step 3. Community member reviews your submission to their wallet, verifies the on-chain transaction, and sends Native ELMT to your rewards wallet. Allow 24 to 48 hours.

Step 4. Once Native ELMT arrives, log in to Connect and purchase a Smart Node through the Element store.

Eligibility

Who is eligible to participate?* Any community member with an Element Wallet who purchases Element ERC-20 tokens on the open market during the event window is eligible. Only tokens purchased on Uniswap during the event window qualify. Bridged rewards, airdrops, previously held tokens, and transfers from other wallets do not qualify.

How will you verify my purchase? Verification is based on the transaction hash you submit. The hash must show a Uniswap swap dated April 16, 2026 through April 30, 2026, originating from the wallet you use to send tokens to personal community members. Submissions that do not match these criteria will not be processed, and any tokens sent a community member wallet for exchange of digital rewards under a non-qualifying submission will be returned, less network fees.

*Notice of non-eligibility. The only qualifying acquisition path is purchasing ELMT ERC-20 on Uniswap using ETH, USDT, or USDC during the event window of April 16 through April 30, 2026. Tokens obtained by swapping other ecosystem tokens (such as, but not limited to, WIN, RALLY, SWITCH) do not qualify.

Exchange rate

What’s the exchange rate? Swaps reflect the current ratio between the open market ERC-20 price on Uniswap and the native (Elevate) reference price. At the time of writing, approximately less than 2,500,000 ERC-20 ELMT is equivalent to the native amount needed to purchase one Smart Node.

Because the ERC-20 price fluctuates on the open market, the number of ERC-20 tokens needed for one node's worth of native ELMT will change throughout the event. The ratio at the moment your swap processes is the ratio that applies to your swap, not the ratio at the moment you submitted the form.

How long does the swap take? Swaps process manually. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for your native tokens to arrive.

Buying a node

What is a node? A node mines Native Element tokens for you on a daily basis. It’s your active stake in the Element ecosystem.

Where do I buy a node? Through the Element store through the Connect shopping link using your Native tokens. Jake’s demo video walks you through the full process: VIDEO LINK

What if the token price goes up before I can buy? The open market price will fluctuate as more people buy. If the price rises significantly, you may choose to wait for it to settle before completing your purchase.

Limits

Is there a limit to how much I can swap? One submission per person for up to 20 unique entries. Multiple submissions from the same wallet across different days are not currently permitted, subject to available native token supply.

Supply exhaustion

These designated community member wallet owners are swapping from a finite supply of Native ELMT. If the supply runs out during the event, the following applies:

• Submissions received before supply exhaustion will be honored in the order received, up to the limit of available supply.
• Submissions received after supply exhaustion will not be processed, and any ERC-20 tokens sent under those submissions will be returned to the sending wallet, less network fees, within 48 business hours.
• If supply runs out while your ERC-20 is in transit to a community member’s wallet address, your tokens will be returned, less network fees, within 48 business hours.

Troubleshooting

I sent tokens but did not fill out the form. Fill out the form now. In the comments field, note that you have already sent tokens and include both the Uniswap purchase hash and the send hash so someone can locate your transaction.

I am not sure I sent to the right address. Email support@elementunited.com with both transaction hashes before sending any additional tokens. Do not use any wallet address other than the one listed on the official form at HERE.

I do not have a Web3 wallet. Download MetaMask at metamask.io. Setup takes a few minutes. You can fund the wallet from a bank transfer, a debit card, or a transfer from an exchange such as Coinbase. Before using MetaMask for this event, back up your seed phrase offline. Anyone with your seed phrase controls your wallet permanently.

The ERC-20 price moved against me between my purchase and processing. This is the risk inherent in a floating-rate swap with manual processing. Community members cannot retroactively adjust rates. If the movement is large enough that you do not want to proceed, contact support@elementunited.com before processing your submission to request cancellation and return of your ERC-20, less network fees.

What is the cancellation window? You may request cancellation of your swap within 12 hours of sending your ERC-20 tokens to the community member’s receive address, provided they have not yet sent Native ELMT to your rewards wallet. To request cancellation, email support@elementunited.com with the subject line "Swap Cancellation Request" and include:

• Your name and the email address used on the swap form
• The transaction hash of your send to the specified community member receive wallet address
• The sending wallet address

If the request is received in time and has not yet been processed, your ERC-20 will be returned to the sending wallet, less network fees, within 48 business hours.

Once sent Native ELMT rewards to your wallet, the swap is complete and cannot be reversed, regardless of where the 48-hour window stands. Because processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours, the cancellation window and the processing window overlap. Submit any cancellation request as soon as you decide to cancel; waiting reduces the chance that cancellation is still possible.

• Token values can decrease as well as increase. Nothing in this event constitutes a promise of future value, yield, or investment return.

  April 16, 2026 through April 30, 2026

  1. Purpose of this disclosure

  This disclosure describes the structure, terms, risks, and limitations of the “Put Your Tokens to Work” peer-to-peer token swap event. It is intended to ensure that every participant understands what they are entering into before sending any tokens or funds.

  By submitting the swap form and sending ERC-20 tokens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms in this disclosure in their entirety.

  2. Nature of the swap

  This event is a peer-to-peer token swap between you (the participant) and a community member (the swap operator), acting in his personal capacity as a community member.

  This swap is not:

  • A transaction with Element United, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents
  • An offering of securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments
  • A managed investment, fund, pool, staking service, or yield-bearing arrangement
  • An exchange, brokerage, or money transmission service

  Element United provides the technology infrastructure (the Element Wallet, Connect, and the Element store) used in this event but is not a counterparty to any swap. Element United does not process, approve, guarantee, insure, or otherwise participate in the swap transactions between you and the specified community member.

  3. The swap operator

  A community member supported by the Element support team will process the submissions of this swap event. They are acting in their personal capacity and not as an officer, director, employee, or agent of Element United, Inc.

  Receiving community member’s responsibilities include:

  • Receiving ERC-20 ELMT tokens from participants at the address listed on the official swap form
  • Verifying each participant’s eligibility based on the submitted transaction hash
  • Sending Native ELMT tokens from his personal holdings to each verified participant’s rewards wallet
  • Processing cancellation requests received within the cancellation window
  • Returning ERC-20 tokens in the event of non-qualifying submissions, supply exhaustion, or approved cancellations

  The member processes all swaps manually. They are responsible for completing each transaction. There is no automated, algorithmic, or smart-contract-based execution.

  4. What you are doing when you participate

  When you participate in this event, you are:

  1. Purchasing Element (ELMT) ERC-20 tokens on the open market via Uniswap, using your own funds and your own wallet.
  2. Submitting a swap form with your transaction hash, your name, your email, and your native Element rewards wallet address.
  3. Sending the ERC-20 tokens you purchased to a designated community member’s personal receive address, as listed on the swap form.
  4. Waiting for the community member to verify your transaction and send Native ELMT tokens to your rewards wallet. This process is manual and takes up to 48 hours.
  5. Using the Native ELMT tokens to purchase a Smart Node through the Element store on Connect.

  At no point does any third party hold your funds in custody on your behalf. Once you send ERC-20 tokens to the address, those tokens are in the wallet owner’s possession until and unless they are returned to you under the cancellation or supply exhaustion procedures described below.

  5. Risks

  Participating in this event involves material risks, including but not limited to the following:

  5.1 Price risk

  The ERC-20 ELMT token trades on the open market. Its price will fluctuate during the event. The price at which you purchase ERC-20 tokens may differ from the price at the time a member processes your swap. You bear the full risk of any adverse price movement during the processing window.

  5.2 Processing delay risk

  Swaps are processed manually and may take up to 48 hours. During this window, you cannot control when your swap is executed, and the exchange ratio may change. There is no guarantee that your swap will be processed at the ratio that existed when you submitted the form.

  5.3 Supply exhaustion risk

  This volunteer community member is swapping from a finite personal supply of Native ELMT. If that supply is exhausted before your swap is processed, your swap will not be completed. Your ERC-20 tokens will be returned, less network fees, within 5 business days. However, the market price of ERC-20 ELMT at the time of return may differ from the price at which you purchased.

  5.4 Counterparty risk

  This is a peer-to-peer transaction with a volunteer community member. Any support needed can be accessed by reaching out to the customer support team. Your ability to receive Native ELMT, to receive returned ERC-20 tokens, or to exercise the cancellation window depends entirely on the member’s ability and willingness to perform. There is no escrow, no insurance, no bonding, and no third-party guarantee of performance.

  5.5 Irreversibility risk

  All on-chain transactions are final. If you send tokens to the wrong address, they cannot be recovered by Scott Lomu, community members, by Element United, or by any other party. You are solely responsible for verifying every wallet address before sending.

  5.6 Regulatory risk

  The regulatory treatment of token swaps, digital assets, and peer-to-peer transactions varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. You are responsible for determining whether your participation in this event is lawful in your jurisdiction.

  5.7 Tax risk

  A token-to-token swap may constitute a taxable event in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for all tax reporting and payment obligations arising from your participation. Consult a qualified tax professional.

  5.8 No guarantee of value

  Neither Scott Lomu, designated community members, nor Element United makes any representation about the current or future value of ELMT tokens (whether ERC-20 or Native), Smart Nodes, or any other asset referenced in this event. Past price movement does not predict future price movement. This event is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of future value, yield, or return.

  6. Cancellation window

  You may request cancellation of your swap within 12 hours of sending your ERC-20 tokens to the receive address, provided that the community member has not yet sent Native ELMT to your rewards wallet.

  To request cancellation, email support@elementunited.com with the subject line “Swap Cancellation Request” and include your name, the email used on the swap form, the transaction hash of your send, and your sending wallet address.

  If the request is received in time and the community member has not yet processed the swap, your ERC-20 will be returned to the sending wallet, less network fees, within 5 business days.

  Once Native ELMT has been sent to your rewards wallet, the swap is complete and irreversible regardless of where the 48-hour window stands. Because processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours, the cancellation window and the processing window overlap. There is no guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

  7. Supply exhaustion

  If the member’s native token supply is exhausted during the event:

  • Submissions received before exhaustion will be honored in the order received, up to the limit of available supply.
  • Submissions received after exhaustion will not be processed. ERC-20 tokens sent under those submissions will be returned, less network fees, within 5 business days.
  • If supply runs out while your ERC-20 is in transit, your tokens will be returned, less network fees, within 5 business days.

  Element United reserves the right to end the event at any time, including before April 30, 2026, if native supply is exhausted.

  8. Limitation of liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • This community member’s total liability to you arising from or related to this event shall not exceed the value of the ERC-20 tokens you sent to his receive address, valued at the market price at the time of your send transaction.
  • Neither Scott Lomu, the volunteer community member, nor Element United shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunity, or adverse price movement.
  • Element United, Inc. disclaims all liability arising from or related to the swap transactions between you and any community member.

  9. This is not an investment

  Nothing in this event, in the associated FAQ document, or in any communication from Scott Lomu, community members, or Element United constitutes:

  • Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset
  • An offering of securities or investment contracts under any jurisdiction’s securities laws
  • A solicitation to invest or a promise of financial return

  If you are unsure whether participating is appropriate for your financial situation, do not participate until you have consulted a qualified financial advisor.
