This agreement is made between 'Buyer,' and 'Company'.

1. Program Description

The Elevate Match NFT Rewards Program allows customers to purchase brand-specific Elevate Match NFTs facilitating a conversion of the purchase amount into ERC-20 rewards, wherein those rewards are automatically held by the NFT for 26 weeks (6 months) before the Buyer may unlock the original rewards plus any qualified HODL Bonus.

This Agreement covers a 20-week pre-paid purchase of one Elevate Match NFT per week (“20-Week Stack”).

2. Program Disclaimers

Company is not registered or licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or any financial regulatory authority, and no financial regulatory authority has reviewed or approved the Elevate Match NFT. Company does not act as an investment adviser or commodity trading adviser to any person, does not offer securities services in the United States or to U.S. persons, and the contents of the Elevate Match NFT does not constitute advice or recommendations concerning any commodity, security or other asset.

Company develops, operates and provides products comprising, among other things, an Elevate Match NFT that automatically, via smart contract execution, locks correlated cryptographic assets, such as fungible digital rewards and tokens, for a set period of time, wherein the cryptographic assets may be associated with third party decentralized exchanges through a liquidity aggregator platform that facilitates correlation with the Match NFT.

Company does not provide custody of cryptographic assets, such as fungible digital rewards, tokens, and/or NFTs, or facilitate the transfer of fiat or the cryptographic assets between users. Company’s involvement is expressly limited to the executable protocol of the Elevate Match NFT.

Buyer should not rely on Company to increase the value of the Company Reward: Company has no plans to take any actions designed to increase the value of the Reward. Company cautions Buyer that Reward’s value is likely to have no correlation to the success or failure of the Elevate Match NFT product program.

3. Purchase Terms

a. Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase amount upfront for twenty (20) identical Elevate Match NFTs delivered one per week for 20 consecutive weeks.

b. Each weekly NFT will be processed as an individual transaction and converted into rewards at the time of fulfillment.

c. NFTs will be delivered on a weekly schedule beginning within seven (7) days of this Agreement, unless otherwise communicated by the Company.

d. The delivery and receipt of the Elevate Match NFT may be subject to network or transaction fees charged by a blockchain platform, which are non-refundable, wherein such NFT processing fees are paid to emit, record, verify, and process a transaction on the blockchain. 

e. Buyer accepts the sole responsibility to fulfill tax obligations that apply to Buyer’s cryptographic assets associated with the Elevate Match NFT. Buyer should withhold, collect, report and remit the correct amounts of taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.

4. HODL Bonus Qualification

a. The Buyer’s 20-Week Stack qualifies for the HODL Bonus associated with a 20-week consecutive streak, which equals a 100% HODL Bonus on total rewards accumulated during the streak.

b. Each week’s rewards unlock 26 weeks after that week’s NFT purchase.

c. Buyer must HODL all rewards for the full 26-week period per NFT to receive any HODL Bonus.

d. If Buyer transfers or sells rewards associated with Match NFT before the unlock date, the bonus for that specific NFT is forfeited.

5. Delivery Schedule

a. Company will deliver one pre-paid NFT product per week for twenty (20) weeks.

b. Weekly fulfillment timing may vary based on system processing, blockchain availability, or market conditions.

c. Buyer acknowledges that weekly rewards are determined by value associated with a third-party decentralized conversion executed at the moment of fulfillment.

6. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because rewards are correlated with blockchain transactions executed at or near the purchase time, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations are permitted.

7. Program Limits and Conditions

a. Program availability is limited and may end early if supplies are exhausted.

b. Buyer acknowledges the NFT tier selected is fixed for all 20 weeks and cannot be changed after execution.

c. Buyer must maintain the associated NFT wallet and private access to receive and unlock rewards.

d. Buyer understands blockchain transactions and reward values are subject to market conditions outside the Company’s control.

8. AcknowledgmentBuyer acknowledges and agrees that:

- The Company does not guarantee future token value.

- Rewards and bonuses are delivered according to program rules and automated NFT unlock timing.

- Buyer has reviewed the Elevate Match NFT Rewards Program documentation and understands the streak rules, timing rules, and HODL Bonus requirements.

- All information provided by Buyer, including Buyer’s ERC-20 wallet address and contact details, is accurate and complete. Buyer understands that any errors in this information may result in the irreversible loss of digital tokens due to incorrect or incomplete transfer details

- The funds used for this transaction are lawfully owned by Buyer and that the transaction does not involve the proceeds of illegal activities

- All participation is subject to Company standard terms, conditions, and disclaimers.
